Store availability varies. Save styles to your Visit List and send a visit request, or contact your preferred store. A Visit List does not reserve inventory or guarantee availability.

Are lenses included in the frame price?
No. Displayed eyewear prices are for the frame only unless clearly stated otherwise. Prescription lenses are not included.
Where are eye exams available?
Telehealth comprehensive eye exams are currently available at Richmond Centre. Metrotown does not offer Eye Exam services.
Can a store arrange a style that is unavailable?
Our team can recommend similar styles or arrange a complimentary, no-obligation special order for you to try. Most arrive in approximately 2–3 weeks, but supplier and shipping times may vary.
Do you offer direct billing?
Direct billing may be available for eligible plans. Provider names do not guarantee eligibility, coverage or reimbursable amounts; contact either store to confirm your plan.
Can I join Membership online?
Membership is free and managed through our stores. Ask the team at Richmond Centre or Metrotown to enroll you.
